Tamara Al Naeb

Tamara Al Naeb is a Partner at A R Byrne and Associates, practising in both New South Wales and Victoria. Her primary area of focus is criminal law, with particular experience in bail applications, sentencing proceedings, defended hearings, and appeal matters. She appears regularly in the Local Court District Court and Supreme Court of NSW and is known for her strategic case management, composed courtroom advocacy, and strong client rapport.

Tamara holds a Bachelor of Social Science with a major in Criminology and a Bachelor of Laws from Western Sydney University, as well as a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. Since her admission to practice in 2019, she has developed a reputation for delivering clear, effective legal advice in complex and high-risk criminal matters.
