(Sydney) - A R BYRNE & ASSOCIATES represented a client involved in proceedings before the Fair Work Commission regarding unclear pay and conditions for the period in which the party was employed by the opposing party. In late August, the dispute was settled by the filing of Consent Orders before the Registrar, achieving a favourable outcome for all parties involved, with the gentleman explaining his immense satisfaction with the result.
