EXCELLENT OUTCOME IN CRIMINAL LAW MATTER RESULTING IN NO JAIL TIME

(Sydney) - A R BYRNE & ASSOCIATES appeared in the Downing Centre Local Court representing a client who had been charged with a serious assault offence, and was facing a likely term of imprisonment. With the expertise of Instructed Counsel Eric Vuu (Barrister) of Level 22 Chambers and assistance of Chambers Paralegal Rianne Hamad, an early plea of guilty was accepted by the Court. Over the coming weeks, successful charge negotiations and a thorough set of submissions were handed up to Her Honour Magistrate Viney, who spared our client a jail term, and instead imposed a Community Corrections Order of 18 months and a fine.
